Visa/Residence permit
Nordic citizens are included under agreements between the Nordic countries that specify the right to enter and reside in Denmark without possession of residence permit.
The rest of EU/EEA citizens must apply for an EC/EEA residence certificate from Statsforvaltningen Midtjylland (The State Administration for Central Jutland).
The application must be submitted within 3 months after entering Denmark.
The application form can be downloaded from www.nyidanmark.dk or it can be obtained from the local county authority. The form must be delivered personally to this authority when completed.

Non-EU/Nordic citizens
Once you have received your admission letter, you should contact the nearest Danish embassy or general consulate. The Danish representation will assist you in applying for a Danish residence permit. Residence permit in Denmark is issued for the duration of the programme.
Besides documents, necessary for obtaining your residence permit like application forms, photograph, valid passport, Letter of Acceptance from AARHUS TECH please note that you have to document tuition fee payment for the first semester or the first year.
