The permanent staff of AARHUS TECH International counts experienced consultants and project managers as well as international contract and programme administrators.

Klavs Dahl Christensen

Klavs is a member of the AARHUS TECH International team of consultants who survey the market of international projects, prepare tenders and contribute to the implementation as project managers or experts. As an experienced project manager and VET expert with special knowledge of curricula development, training and education methodologies and management, he has participated in a large number of EuropeAid, Danida, WB and ADB projects.
In 2010, Klavs will be working in Azerbaijan and Indonesia

Carsten Hüttemeier

Carsten is a member of the AARHUS TECH International team of consultants who survey the market of international projects, prepare tenders and contribute to the implementation as project managers or experts. He has extensive experience of educational system and curricula development, TNA, training of trainers, development of assessment and evaluation procedures, capacity building and project management in Africa, Latin America, Asia, and the Balkans. Carsten works with all donors, but has special responsibility for WB, ADB projects.

In 2010, Carsten will be working in Bhutan and Indonesia.

Gitte Teist Jensen

Gitte is in charge of the AARHUS TECH International general administration and logistics. She carries out bookkeeping, accounting and invoicing and a large number of other administrative procedures, such as money transfers, journalising, registration of working hours, and purchase of office materials. She has extensive experience in the administration and logistics of study visits and is responsible for the booking of flights and accommodation, visa application, etc.

Poul Jeppesen

Poul is a member of the AARHUS TECH International team of consultants who survey the market of international projects, prepare tenders and contribute to the implementation as project managers or experts. He is an experienced expert in training needs assessment, implementation of the European Employment Strategy, policy integration and training/capacity building in project cycle management, LFA, ESF procedures, etc. At present, Poul is mainly home-based and works with backstopping in relation to ATC Team Leaders and experts, establishment of consortia, preparation of applications and proposals, primarily for EuropeAid projects, and Framework Contract management.

Ellen Jeppesen

Ellen is a member of the AARHUS TECH International team of consultants who survey the market of international projects, prepare tenders and contribute to the implementation as project managers or experts. She has extensive experience of the management of VET reforms, nationally as well as internationally. In addition, she is responsible for the overall financial management of AARHUS TECH International and for contractual issues.
In 2010, Ellen will combine home office work with short term assignments in Kosovo and Azerbaijan.

Søren Poulsen

Søren is a member of the AARHUS TECH International team of consultants who survey the market of international projects, prepare tenders and contribute to the implementation as project managers or experts. He is an experienced HRD and VET expert who has worked extensively with project identification, management and evaluation, institution building, organisational development and policy advice.

In 2010, Søren will carry out short term assignments in Tanzania and Azerbaijan.

Lisbet Ostenfeldt Thomsen

Lisbet is responsible for recording AARHUS TECH International project data and for maintaining the database of expert CVs. She contributes to the preparation of expressions of interest and proposals and carries out quality assurance of these. Furthermore, she assists ATC and department staff with proofreading, layout and translation of reports, teaching material and other written materials, and co-ordinates the contributions of AARHUS TECH International to the college website.
