Description
The project will combine policy development and capacity building in vocational education and training. It will involve all levels of the system such as the national policy making level, regional level of development planning, local vocational school level as well as social partner platforms.
Qualifications
Team of VET experts with expertise in policy development, curriculum development and HRD:
- University degree in a relevant field;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English;
- Experience as Team Leader in international projects (for the TL position);
- At least 10 years professional experience in the field of education;
- Professional experience in strategic assistance and support to Ministries and other agencies in the field of education;
- Working experience in Kazakhstan or the Central Asia region.
